Matt is a teacher-shepherd, who carries the Father’s heart with compassion, wisdom and humor. He serves as our 45+ Lifestage Pastor, caring for & equipping our Gen X-ers and Seniors as they navigate the specific challenges of this stage of life. He also works alongside our Youth Pastor (Josh P.) to bring equipping for parents of youth.
He is also stepping into our Discipleship School (2024-2025) as Co-Director, helping both young and old to grow in their calling and identity as followers of Jesus. He cares that we learn to read the Bible well, and take seriously Jesus command to love one another.
Outside of ministry, he can usually be found cooking or eating good food with his lovely wife and 2 adult sons, or playing (or thinking about playing) golf.
