LOOKING BACK
Family Time (15 mins)
  • Vision: Invite someone in your Lifegroup to share what your Lifegroup’s vision means to them.
  • Connection Question: What is one city, country or group of people you are drawn to, or have a heart for?
  • Check-Ins: life updates, praise reports, etc.

LOOKING UP
Worship (-15 mins): Pick 2-3 songs (check out our playlist here!)
Bible Study (30 mins)— Matthew 9:35-38, NLT
35 Jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. 38 So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”

Discussion Questions:
  1. What stands out to you from this passage?
  2. What do we learn about Jesus?
  3. What does Jesus invite us to do? Why do you think that Jesus invites us to pray like in v. 38?
  4. What do you think it practically looks like for us to live out this story?

LOOKING FORWARD
In smaller groups, discuss the following:
  1. Was there any story or moment that really stood out to you from WMLA weekend?
  2. How do you feel like God is inviting you to respond? (pray, go, learn, support, etc.)
  3. Pray for one another as we ask God to walk with us in the next steps after WMLA!
