Practice & Application: What do you learn about baptism from this text? If you've never been baptized before, do you want to get baptized? (If somebody wants to be baptized, please talk to your Lifegroup leader or a pastor to take our equipping training and set a date.)
Prayer & Commissioning:
Lord, is there anything you want me to do in response to this conversation about baptism (Get baptized, have a conversation with friends who aren’t yet baptized etc.) Pray that we would lead lives that express our commitment to the Lord and his purposes this week.
- Vision: this is a space for us to encounter God together, help each other follow Jesus, and invite others to do the same.
- Check in: How have you been doing this week? Where have you seen God move? What’s been challenging?
- Following Jesus & inviting others: How has God's Word been impacting you? How are you letting God work through you to draw others closer to him?
