Originally from Scotland, Joe has been a father and prophetic voice to the Antioch movement for decades. Joe encourages and equips church all over the world so that we might be built up and strengthened.

Joe and his wife, Yvonne, founded the River Churches in North East Scotland, and now serve as their network leaders.
