Seven churches, that are part of the Antioch Movement, that, in unity, meet regularly, seeking God on how to impact SoCal.

In 2003, John and Evelyn Lo planted Epicentre in Pasadena. 

Chris was sent out by Epicentre Pasadena to plant new life after he served as an associate pastor in Pasadena for 3 years.

The original church planter, Lawrence Huey, was raised up and sent out to plant West LA after Lawrence served as an assistant pastor at Epicentre Pasadena for 6 years. When Lawrence transitioned from his role, Chris Rattay stepped in as interim lead until Quen and Katherine took on leadership of Epicentre West LA in 2023.

New Hope and Enrique was Epicentre Pasadena’s first grand-daughter church, having been planted out of New Life Church in 2014, where Enrique had been discipled by Chris and served as an associate pastor there.

Mark and his team were discipled, raised up and sent out by Antioch Waco, but Mark has been mentored and been supported by John and Epicentre since 2007.

Our Chinese ministry was started out of a lifegroup that Pastors John and Evelyn co-led. In 2007, Alex and Michelle, who were discipled by John and Evelyn, felt led to start doing the Alpha Course in 2006 in Mandarin, which in these years has seen hundreds of Chinese speakers come to know the Lord. The formal congregation was started in 2014, as a means of further discipling and reaching Chinese speakers in the San Gabriel Valley.

Ben and Eunice were raised at Epicentre Pasadena and after serving in Epicentre Pasadena as a Worship Pastor, then serving as a church planter in Mongolia for 2 years, followed by being Epicentre’s Pasadena’s Youth Pastor for 4 years, were sent out by Epicentre Pasadena as our newest church plant in 2021.
