Harmonium was established in 1975 through an enterprising blend of vision and necessity to respond to the growing need for juvenile diversion services in San Diego's Mira Mesa neighborhood. Today, Harmonium is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that reaches more than 30,000 San Diegans each year through its wide variety of innovative and customized program services, including PrimeTime and Klassic Kids after school programs, counseling services through its Community Behavioral Health Services division, and teen programs through the Epicentre. Harmonium believes creative planning, collaboration, and strength-based intervention results in high quality services that promote well-being.
