We are looking for a director with a similar vision who will be able to excite our staff and partners in advancing these approaches.

Ability to implement programs based on community needs and best practices
Ability to provide on-site supervision at several program locations

SOCIAL SERVICES - Southeast Regional Manager
Harmonium is a non-profit community agency providing mental health services that address community needs. The vision of our agency is to promote self-sufficiency and well being in children, youth and families. We seek to build on evidence-based practices and integrate mental health services within a total system of care approach. We are looking for a Regional Director with a similar vision who will be able to assume responsibility for the Southeast region of San Diego including our innovative "Family Youth Partner Program". This person will work collaboratively with county mental health staff and supervise Harmonium's counselors in the region.
Additional Qualifications:
Active California clinical license
Ability to engage staff in support of agency wide priorities, including but not limited to, program development, program review and evaluation, goals and outcomes
Ability to implement programs based on community needs and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to provide on-site supervision at various program locations
Must be able to attend outside community meetings and work extended hours as needed
